Living Along the Lakeshore ("we," "us") respects your privacy. When you submit a contact, consultation, home-value, or newsletter form, we collect the information you provide - such as your name, email, phone number, and message - solely to respond to your inquiry and provide real estate services. We do not sell your personal information.
Property listings are provided through the MLS Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program. We use trusted service providers to send email and, if you ask us to, to manage our client relationships. They process data on our behalf and according to their own privacy policies. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
Cookies & Analytics
We measure how our own website is used with a first-party cookie (latl_vid) that holds a random identifier. It records the pages and homes viewed, how you arrived (for example a search engine, social media or an ad), and the type of device. We do not store your IP address, and this information is not shared with or sold to anyone. If you send us a form, we link your browsing on this site to your inquiry so we can help with the homes you were interested in.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not set this cookie and do not link your visits together. Saved homes are kept in your own browser's storage until you choose to email them to yourself.
We may also use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage and measure advertising.
